We welcome active participation from those who are passionate about patient-empowered health care and equity in medicine. Our Task Force meets virtually once a month in English, with sub work groups meeting as needed. If you would like to join our work, please complete the form below. Our team will reach out to you with an invitation to our monthly meeting and confirm your addition to our mailing list(s).
